Yeah, except that these are actually pictures of Prip’yat, Ukraine, a city that was abandoned in 1986 after Chernobyl. I haven’t been to Detroit, but I doubt it’s in quite such a ruined state. For now, at least.
I think you’re wrong, it doesn’t look like Pripyat, it’s not the same architecture. More, on the 6th picture, you can see a text written in english (“…God dit it”), which cannot be the case in Pripyat.
