You know, they had makeup back then, too. Makeup is not a new concept. Beauty has always been unattainable, so people, especially women, have unrealistic expectations, and therefore submit themselves to surgery and makeup in order to try to reach that beauty. That woman definitely had makeup on, and the lighting was probably fixed just right.
