Every day, Ben the dog runs down the stairs to jump into Ireland’s Tory Island harbor. Although it seems he’s just going for a swim, he actually has someone important to meet: his very close friend, Duggie the dolphin. Ben and Duggie struck up a friendship when Ben went for a swim one day and have remained close ever since. The two animals can swim for several hours together and pretty much everyone in the community knows about their friendship.
Watch the two buddies enjoying playtime below.
According to his owner, the dog and Duggie could spend up to three hours together and several times a day playing in the sea.

They were specially trained to identify when their owners are having disturbing flashbacks or nightmares and they have learned to wake them up at the right moment.
This video shows the assistance a veteran dog can offer in helping a military veteran who is coping with severe war related trauma.
Dogs are such amazing creatures, I guess it’s true what they say, angels walk on four legs.
