Question 1: False. Beethoven was the second child of his parents, neither of whom had syphilis, and his elder brother died while still an infant of illness. While three of his five younger siblings also died in infancy, this was not unusual at the time, and they were physically fit (discounting the illnesses or injuries they died of).
Question 2: Misleading. I don’t choose my politicians based off of any of that, I choose based off of policies. Unfortunately, I am in a minority by doing that.
